Is Change in Education System in India possible?

Ms. Leena Rai Kalra, The UN Volunteers team leader.

Is Change in Education System in India possible?
I have raised a question in the title only just because my soul keeps on searching for the same, looking for the best possible ways and alternatives to enhance the credibility of today's education system in the world class scenerio.
The jobless youths ,the degrees’ holders in any of the ways struggling on the streets fighting for their fair share I may be one of them right?
Why brain drain-the only major reason is the faulty educational policies the experts in the committee they all are responsible.
Who has ever questioned that only primary to senior secondary pass individuals contest the elections and then sit into the gallery of parliament to pass the bills and resolutions to formulate acts for we the educationists for those elite class UPSC qualified young brigade.
Government job remains a dream always and if by chance luck favours the individual feels to grasp any kind being a poorly paid one or the low profile job. Here is the example in the current recruitment drive by the Haryana govt for group D posts no of candidates were post graduates to PhD's They were there only to secure their survival and all out of the pressure of no secured future and no dignity of an educated person in my country. Why? All because the policy makers are minting money for themselves the politicians sitting in parliament are getting every single advantage and facility like the king of the region.
True the study system too is poor only prioritising the learning and scoring even if no of reminders, notifications, enactments and resolutions are passed new experiments are done but a little percentage of change is noted down yet
Parents are adamant with the notion they are carrying in their minds to have the scoring child and an engineer production.
Lots and lots of factors do contribute in the failure of this and still we call our economy is declining no body yet pointed out that the happiness index is declining too.
According to me the whole system needs to be refurbished through the involvement of every possible educational class for the formulation of policies to providing the avenues.
