How to create Academic, Non Academic and Administrative systems for a CBSE School?

I am broadly classifying this topic in to three parts.
1.Administrative
2.Academic and 
3.Non Academic.

PART 1 ADMINISTRATION 

For this I coin a phrase: "GOLDEN SUPPORT FROM NON INVOLVING MANAGEMENT AND PLATINUM COMMITMENT BY PRINCIPAL'S TEAM"

When you want a full-fledged CBSE SCHOOL with merit and rank all the requirements of the affiliation norms to be followed to the letter and spirit viz. Infrastructure,  financial commitment, non profit oriented good HR and transparent administration. 
The management trust/society should have members educationists, charted accountants, legal practitioners, philanthropist, medical personalities and people of elite diginity and social understanding with professional ethics.

They atleast majority of them should know the nuances of CBSE BOARD pattern of education and formalities of this great autonomous nature. The management should review periodically considering the PRINCIPAL'S suggestions or requirements and provide uncompromising immediate action of help.

The management is a desirable firewall for the school from external influences for the smooth carryover of the system inside.

During school celebrations, functions and retirement parties and alumini meetings the sponsorship and representation cum presence is much desired.

The management should provide services in building and furtherance of infrastructure and such deeds.

The main function of the management is to recruit qualified and devoted Principal, vice principals and administrators, academic coordinators as well as able office manager of integrity. 

Finding good medical team, sports agencies and logistical providers  having safety and with knowledge os school regulations should be the duty of management. 

What ever be the services all are coming  for working and continue to involve totally for the institution with expectations of decent salary, recognition, scope for upgrading and speckless treatment with dignity and self respect. Management has to bear the entire responsibility for assuring the above all.

IT IS THE FAITH THAT TURNS ACTIONS PAR EXCELLENCE AND PROMOTES WISDOM OF MANIFESTATION.

PART 2 ACADEMIC

This part mainly depends on the PRINCIPAL AND HIS/HER functioning.  She/He is the Brain and Blood flow of the school system.  So let's  see in detail of the functionality through personality of PRINCIPAL.

1. Selection of PRINCIPAL for CBSE School 
2. Desirable personality
3. Commitment and dedicated involvement 
4. All-round performance ability and appreciation pick ups
5. Resources richness
6. Connectivity and socialisation
7. Dominant personality of pleasing behaviour 
8. Decision taking zeal during execution with teamspirit during planning 
9. Command over linguistic abilities and readiness with contemporary development updates
10. Cheerful personality with cool proactive modalities 

Next comes the real BACKBONE OF THE SCHOOL " TEACHERS ".

Recruitment of teachers with special ability of smartness with passion for excelling in teaching methodology is a must.

Empathy and team building is next
Readiness to upgrade through periodic inservice training and updating with consistent CBSE BOARD examination bylaws and indepth knowledge of syllabus and curriculum. Untiring preparation through innovation and comprehensive skills blended with technology oriented feedbacks 
Pleasant manners in dealing with parents and trustworthy behaviour towards children.

Organised teaching expertise with values and extensions upto research level inputs. 

Being a lifetime rolemodels for children. Accurately evaluation of answerscripts indicating favourable enhancement for perfection and laural achievements.

Multi visionary and interdisciplanary scope of mentoring through guidance. 
Should be in a position to classify according to learning abilities and without bias helping them to improve performance. 

Should be having perseverance and cooperative personality to carry over team leader 's proposals.

These are all  much needed traits for teachers in handling CBSE BOARD CURRICULUM. 

Though we follow NCERT books teachers should be familiar with all relevant and related reference books and competitive journals such as olimpiod and NSTE exam materials. 
A thorough analysis of previous years questions and best answerscripts provided by board should also be a must.

Periodic revision and coaching is part and parcel. When the Principal arranges Expert talks by resorce personal, visiting scientists economists, poets, sports personal, entrepreneurs and other eminent personalities, teachers should integrate the students and guide them properly to get maximum benefits. 
Workshops model parliamentary activities study tours excursion field trips first aid and other such extracurricular activities are all seeing success only through committed and well informed teachers. 

Appraisal of students and actively participating in Principal's meeting giving plausible suggestions for upgrading values are duties of a teacher.

Principal has the responsibility of being a teacher as well as an able administrator.

It is desirable in all CBSE SCHOOLS model teaching is being practiced in all weekends for each standard with HODs. 

Every teacher should maintain Anecdotal records as well as personal lessons plan organisation . 

After joining an institution a teacher should carefully verify the HR prospects and assurance of service benefits during probation itself and try to build prudent confidence on them. 
Undesirable qualities of group formation, loose talks, comments and criticism of hurting others and degrading activities of the institution should be avoided at any cost.
It is the sublime behaviour with steadfastness of admirable qualities that wins a lifelong credibility and trustworthyness.

PART 3 NON ACADEMIC ASPECTS
